In 2024, the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society established the Anti-Online Scam Operation Center (AOC 1441) as a one-stop service center to assist the public in addressing technology-facilitated crimes, including online gender-based violence. Operating 24/7, AOC 1441 collaborates with agencies such as the Royal Thai Police, the Bank of Thailand, the Thai Bankers' Association, the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), and the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC). The center aims to prevent online harm by enabling rapid reporting and coordination to freeze or seize criminal accounts. Reports can be submitted through the Royal Thai Police's online platform: www.thaipoliceonline.go.th.
